If this card is in your Graveyard: You can banish 1 other "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your Graveyard; Special Summon this card in Defense Position as a Normal Monster (Fairy-Type/LIGHT/Level 5/ATK 1000/DEF 2400). (This card is NOT treated as a Trap Card.) You can only use this effect of "The Prime Monarch" once per turn.

Immediately after this effect resolves, Tribute Summon 1 monster (and you can Tribute monsters your opponent controls even though you do not control them), but it cannot be Tributed this turn. If this card is sent from the field to the GY: Your opponent can apply this card's preceding effect. You can only activate 1 "Spell Card "Soul Exchange"" per turn.

1 Tuner + 1+ non-Tuner monsters Once per turn, during the Main Phase (Quick Effect): You can banish both this face-up card from the field and 1 random card from your opponent's hand, face-up, until your next Standby Phase. Once per turn, during your opponent's Standby Phase: You can target 1 banished card; return it to the GY. If this card is in your GY: You can target 1 other card in the GY; shuffle both that card and this card from the GY into the Deck.

You can only Special Summon "Anchamoufrite" once per turn this way. If this face-up card in the Monster Zone leaves the field, banish it.

If this card is Tribute Summoned: Target 1 card on the field; banish it, and if you do, inflict 1000 damage to your opponent, then, if it is a DARK Monster Card, banish all cards with that name from the hand, Main Deck, Extra Deck, and GY of the player who controlled it. Once per turn: You can remove all Black Feather Counters on this card, then target 1 face-up monster your opponent controls; that target loses 700 ATK for each Black Feather Counter you removed, and if it does, inflict damage to your opponent equal to the ATK lost by this effect.

When a card or effect is activated that includes any of these effects (Quick Effect): You can discard this card; negate that effect. ● Add a card from the Deck to the hand. ● Special Summon from the Deck. ● Send a card from the Deck to the GY. You can only use this effect of "Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring" once per turn.

Spell Quick

Target 1 monster in your opponent's GY; banish it, and if you do, until the end of the next turn, its effects are negated, as well as the activated effects and effects on the field of monsters with the same original name.

1 Tuner Synchro Monster + 1+ non-Tuner monsters Must be either Synchro Summoned, or Special Summoned from your Extra Deck by banishing 1 Tuner Synchro Monster and 1 "Black-Winged Dragon" from your face-up field and/or GY. Each time your opponent activates a monster effect, place 1 Black Feather Counter on this card when that effect resolves, and if you do, inflict 700 damage to your opponent. During your opponent's turn (Quick Effect): You can Tribute this card with 4 or more Black Feather Counters on it; destroy all cards on the field.

If this card is Normal or Special Summoned: You can Special Summon 1 monster with 800 ATK and 1000 DEF from your Deck in Defense Position, except "Edea the Heavenly Squire", also you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck for the rest of this turn. If this card is sent to the Graveyard: You can target 1 of your banished "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards; add it to your hand. You can only use each effect of "Edea the Heavenly Squire" once per turn.

Spell Field

While you have no cards in your Extra Deck and you are the only player that controls a Tribute Summoned monster, your opponent cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck. If a Tribute Summoned monster you control attacks an opponent's monster, it gains 800 ATK during damage calculation only. Once per turn: You can reduce the Level of 1 monster with 2800 ATK and 1000 DEF in your hand by 2 until the end of this turn (even after they are Summoned/Set, and even if this card leaves the field).

Spell Continuous

Tribute Summoned monsters you control cannot be targeted by, or destroyed by, card effects. You cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck.

Spell Normal

Pay 1000 LP; Special Summon 1 Level 7 or lower "Elemental HERO" or "Neo-Spacian" monster from your Extra Deck, ignoring its Summoning conditions. While "Elemental HERO Neos" is neither on your field nor in your GY, the Summoned monster cannot attack, its effects are negated, also it returns to the Extra Deck during the End Phase. You can only activate 1 "Instant Contact" per turn.

Spell Normal

Send 1 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Card from your hand to the Graveyard; draw 2 cards. You can banish this card from your Graveyard; reveal 3 "Monarch" Spell/Trap Cards from your Deck, your opponent chooses 1 for you to add to your hand, and you shuffle the rest back into your Deck. You can only use this effect of "Pantheism of the Monarchs" once per turn.

You can only activate 1 "The Monarchs Stormforth" per turn. During the turn you activate this card, you cannot Special Summon monsters from the Extra Deck.

Negate the effects of all face-up monsters on the field, while those monsters are face-up on the field, except Tribute Summoned monsters'.
