Rescue-ACE is a control-oriented deck with the main monster Rescue-ACE Turbulence with the ability to set 4 Rescue-ACE spells/traps from the deck and the ability to bombard each turn!!!
Let's see how this deck plays.

Rescue-ACE monsters can activate effects from your hand during your opponent's turn, which helps you take some advantage when you lose dice.
Rescue-ACE's Machine monsters often have high ATK/DEF or support effects that help these monsters stay on the field for a long time.
The Deck can create a huge amount of disruption during the opponent's turn thanks to Turbulence .
Key card level 1 can be summoned from the deck thanks to One for One .
Key cards with an ATK of 0 can be easily searched using Piri Reis Map .
The key card is Warrior so it can be searched with Reinforcement of the Army .
Because it is not a deck that focuses on extra deck play, Rescue-ACE freely uses strong cards like Pot of Extravagance or Pot of Prosperity to mine key cards from the deck.
Rescue-ACE's trap cards can only activate if there is a Rescue-ACE monster on the field. If you use cards that make Rescue-ACE monsters no longer face-up on the field, Rescue-ACE trap cards will become useless.
The weakness of this deck lies in the 3 main monsters in the deck's combo including Hydrant , Air Lifter , and Turbulence . Use Ash Blossom to chain onto Hydrant , Air Lifter, ALERT! or Infinite Impermanence , Effect Veiler on Turbulence will reduce the deck's power quite a bit.
Rescue-ACE cards can mostly only respond to your opponent's monsters and cannot stop their spells/traps. Having to deal with decks that are heavy with spells/traps creates a huge obstacle for Rescue-ACE.
Called by the Grave and Crossout Designator are always the two best options to counter hand traps for most decks.
Besides the ability to help you avoid Evenly Matched , Artifact Lancea also helps you deal with stronger decks thanks to banished cards.
You can use Infinite Impermanence to overcome your opponent's annoying monsters, this is also a negate sentence card with them.
Twin Twister , Cosmic Cyclone , Harpie's Feather Duster are the best ways to bypass floodgate spells/traps.
Lord of the Heavenly Prison provides extremely good protection for your face-down cards.
For decks that do not have options to deal with spells/traps, you can also use Solemn Judgment , this card can also disable the summons of other monsters.
Rescue-ACE is a control-oriented deck and depends a lot on the opponent. The deck does not have too many huge combos and combos also need more pieces than other combo decks.
The ultimate goal of the Rescue-ACE combo is:
B1: Normal summon Hydrant .
B2: Activate the effect on Fire Attacker or Fire Engine 's hand. Summon this monster to the field.
Step 3: Activate Hydrant 's ignition effect, take Impulse from your deck to your hand.
End combo: On the field you have 1 Hydrant along with 1 Fire Attacker or Fire Engine to respond to the opponent's actions, Impulse will help you summon the remaining monster to the field.
B1: Normal summon Hydrant .
B2: Activate the effect on Fire Attacker or Fire Engine 's hand. Summon this monster to the field.
B3: Activate Hydrant 's ignition effect, take Turbulence from the deck to your hand.
Step 4: Link summon the I:P Masquerena monster with 2 Rescue-ACE monsters on the field.
B5: Activate Turbulence 's hand effect to summon this card from the hand (discard 2 Rescue-ACE cards in the grave as cost).
Step 6: Using Turbulence 's on-field effect, place 1 to 4 Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards face down from your deck onto the field.
End combo.
Your number of disruptions during your opponent's turn can be up to 5!
I:P Masquerena can use Turbulence to summon Kinghtmare Unicorn and return 1 card to the deck during the opponent's turn.
You can summon any link monster you want, the main purpose is to get 2 Rescue-ACE cards in the grave to pay the cost of Turbulence .
The weakness of this combo is that you have no way to summon Hydrant again if you only have 2 cards at the beginning of the combo, this makes ALERT! too difficult to use after combo.
B1: Normal summon Hydrant .
B2: Activate Hydrant 's ignition effect, take Turbulence from the deck to your hand.
Step 3: Activate ALERT! , take Impulse from your deck to your hand (because you have Hydrant on the field).
Step 4: Summon Link to Linkuriboh with Hydrant .
B5: Summon Turbulence from hand (remove Hydrant and ALERT! from the grave as costs).
Step 6: Using Turbulence 's on-field effect, place 1 to 4 Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards face down from your deck onto the field.
End combo.
This is a combo where you can have both Hydrant (summoned with Impulse ) and Turbulence on the field to take full advantage of the effects of Rescue-ACE spell/trap cards.
B1: Normal summon Hydrant .
Step 2: Activate Hydrant 's ignition effect, take Turbulence from the deck to your hand.
Step 3: Summon Link to Linkuriboh with Hydrant .
Step 4: Activate RESCUE! , revived the Hydrant from the grave.
Step 5: Summon Hiita link with Linkuriboh and Hydrant .
B6: Summon Turbulence from hand (remove Hydrant and RESCUE! from the grave as costs).
Step 7: Using Turbulence 's on-field effect, place 1 to 4 Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards face down from your deck onto the field.
End combo.
In this combo, you need to pay attention to the material conditions of the link 2 monster you will summon.
B1: Normal summon Hydrant .
B2: Activate Hydrant 's ignition effect, take Air Lifter from the deck to your hand.
Step 3: Activate the Rescue-ACE HQ environment spell.
B4: Normal summon Air Lifter (thanks to the effect of the HQ environmental spell).
Step 5: Activate the effect of Air Lifter , get ALERT! from deck to hand.
Step 6: Activate ALERT! , take Turbulence from the deck into your hand.
Step 7: Link summon I:P Masquerena with Air Lifter and Hydrant .
B8: Summon Turbulence from hand (remove Air Lifter and ALERT! from the grave as costs).
Step 9: Using Turbulence 's on-field effect, place 1 to 4 Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards face down from your deck onto the field.
End combo.
This seems to be the most perfect combo of the deck when it can take full advantage of the effects of many Rescue-ACE cards.
ALERT! and RESCUE! Turbulence 's top two priorities are always to cover the field. On the next turn, RESCUE! will summon Hydrant from the grave again and ALERT! will be able to activate to get Impulse from your deck to your hand.
B1: Normal summon Air Lifter .
B2: Activate the effect of Air Lifter , take HQ from the deck to your hand.
Step 3: Activate the HQ environment spell.
B4: Normal summon Hydrant (thanks to HQ 's effect).
B5: Activate Hydrant 's effect, take Turbulence from the deck to your hand.
Step 6: Link summon I:P Masquerena with Hydrant and Air Lifter .
B7: Special summon Turbulence from hand (removes Hydrant and Air Lifter from grave as cost).
B8: Using Turbulence 's on-field effect, place 1 to 4 Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards face down from your deck onto the field.
End combo.
B1: Normal summon Hydrant .
B2: Activate Hydrant 's ignition effect, take Impulse from the deck to your hand.
B3: Summon Silent Wobby to the opponent's field.
Step 4: Silent Wobby will have to activate its effect (when resolving: the opponent draws 1, you gain 2000LP) (chain link 1).
B5: You activate Impulse 's effect (quick effect) chain directly into Silent Wobby 's effect (chain link 2), sacrificing Impulse in your hand as cost.
Step 6: The chain is resolved.
Step 7: Using Turbulence 's on-field effect, place 1 to 4 Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards face down from your deck onto the field.
End combo.
This is a combo that uses a monster other than the Rescue-ACE card family, Silent Wobby . Fortunately, Silent Wobby 's effect specifies that your opponent will be the one to draw the card, so it will not clash with the restrictions of Pot of Extravagance or Pot of Prosperity .
Taking advantage of Hydrant while on the field, Rescue-ACE quick-play spell/normal trap cards set face down by the effects of other Rescue-ACE cards will be activated that same turn. Activate ALERT! , add 1 Rescue-ACE monster you want from your deck to your hand.
This is also a good time for REINFORCE! exert its usefulness. On your next turn, you can use REINFORCE's graveside effect! to reset ALERT! from the grave to the yard. And ALERT! Can also be used immediately after using Hydrant to get another Rescue-ACE monster from the deck.
Recently I gave you a few things to know about Rescue-ACE as well as a few combos of this deck. You can also visit the previous part here .
Rescue-ACE is one of three archetypes printed for the first time in the Amazing Defenders deck building, the other two being Mikanko and Purrely.
Previously, I also introduced to you the card Mikanko with the suicide playstyle of attacking monsters with 0 ATK into the opponent's monsters.
As for Rescue-ACE, this is a deck that focuses on defending and waiting for the right moment. Although the monsters have big ATK, they are just lumps of meat waiting to be punched, so the deck's gameplay needs to coordinate with other monsters as well as spells. /trap to control the outcome of the match.
The remaining strategy is Purrely which is known as an xyz deck with the ability to stack xyz materials for monsters with numbers up to 1 dozen!!! Let's wait and see how this archetype plays in our next articles. Thank you for your interest.
